Jay Diaz Quoted in Vermont Public on First Amendment Lawsuit

Darby Kolter & Roberts attorney Jay Diaz was recently quoted by Vermont Public regarding a federal lawsuit filed on behalf of Milton resident Henry Bonges, who alleges that the town select board retaliated against him for exercising his First Amendment rights.

Diaz, who represents Bonges in the lawsuit, spoke with Vermont Public about the First Amendment issues at the center of the case and his client’s claim that he was removed from longtime volunteer positions because of views he expressed to state lawmakers.
